*We ship to confirmed address only. if you need to ship to an alternative address, please leave messages below your orders or inform us to updated your shipping information early.

*usually the orders will take about 5-7days in delivery,it may take about 3-4days in delivery if you require ship your orders by UPS or DHL(package over 21kg only),

*please make sure the phone# is workable in confirming the shipping address or the goods may send back to us if the shipping company can not find your address.You can also go to your local postal office to get them If you did not get your packages in time.

*We do not accept alternate shipping address if you are sending to APO, FPO or military bases (Military addresses)

*Normal order will Ship out on the following business day(24-48hours) after the payment cleared.We will provide you the tracking numbers by email.If you did not receive tracking numbers in 2 days after you sent the payment,please email us at infobagspark@gmail.com or leave messages on our webiste.
